All Rates are Per Night + Tax.
Above rates do not include 13.6 tax (no tax on monthly or longer stays) and require a 2 night minimum stay,
5 night holiday stay, and are to be paid in full. Major Credit Cards are accepted. A one time checkout cleaning fee will be added to your reservation. Security Deposits are required for Monthly stays. All major Credit Cards are welcome including American Express. Monthly Summer Promo stays require prepayment in full with Chase Pay to qualify for discounted rate schedule. One month refundable security deposit will be held.

All accommodations include full guest privileges to all Club Solitude amenities as well as indoor in-building parking!
