All Rates are Per Night + Tax.
Above rates do not include 13.92 tax and require a 2 night minimum stay, 5 night holiday stay, and are to be paid in full. All major Credit Cards are welcome including American Express. A one time checkout cleaning fee will be charged 90 for Studio, 125 for 1BR, 175 for 2 BR will be added to your reservation if your stay is less than 7 nights.
Spring and Summer Rentals
Seasonal stays (3 or more months) must be prepaid in advance to receive the reduced seasonal rate.(no tax on monthly or longer stays) Lodging tax is waived for seasonal rates. Major Credit Cards are accepted for all stays less than a month but will incur a 2.8% surcharge for monthly and seasonal rentals. Seasonal rentals may be paid by Chase quick pay without any fees.
Club Solitude and Indoor Parking Privileges.
All accommodations include full guest privileges to all Club Solitude amenities as well as indoor in-building parking!

Solitudedirect rates are discounted from resort booked rates and fill up very quickly. Some dates are booked and pre-paid many months in advance, so please plan ahead. These rates are available to new and returning guests on a limited availability basis. Thank you for our 10th successful year of owner direct rates. Discounted rates require full payment at time of reservation and refunds cannot be offered. Optional Travel insurance will best protect you.
We strongly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE for all reservations.
