Spacious condos with modern amenities, 1BR and 2BR and Larger units include fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplace, outdoor hot tub, ski and snowboard lockers, free indoor underground parking, easy access to *Club Solitude's heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, child and adult game rooms and theatre.
Spring and Summer Rentals
Seasonal stays (4 or more months) must be fully prepaid in advance to receive the reduced seasonal rate. Shorter Stays if ever offered will incur a 10% surcharge but are ideal for certain situations for accommodating our local SLC Guest transitional needs. Please inquire directly about short term requests. Lodging tax is waived for monthly and
seasonal rates. Major Credit Cards are accepted for all stays less than a month but will incur a 2.9% surcharge for monthly and seasonal rentals. Seasonal rentals may be paid by Chase or Zelle quick pay without any fees. A one time check-out clean fee will be added to all monthly reservations.

Solitudedirect rates are discounted from resort booked rates and fill up very quickly. Some dates are booked and pre-paid many months in advance, so please plan ahead. These rates are available to new and returning guests on a limited availability basis. Thank you for our 10th successful year of owner direct rates. Discounted rates require full payment at time of reservation and refunds cannot be offered. Optional Travel insurance will best protect you.
