Our values: at Solitudedirect we are committed to offering highly competitive rates for quality Ski In/Out Accommodations with professional pre arrival and post departure housekeeping services. We always provide Independent & objective knowledgeable advice to our guests to save them both time and money on their vacation stay with us or elsewhere. We strive for all guests to enjoy a memorable vacation and to insure and to perpetuate our satisfied and high Return Guest visits, year after year, for over 2 decades of "Super-host" ratings on all online rental platforms. Our lodging guests enjoy our enhanced 'insider local knowledge and vacation tips" that they do not typically find anywhere else. We have over 2 decades of experiences as premier guest hosts as Utah is also our home.

Winter Rental Guests:
Full payment is required at the time of reservation for all Reservations, and payment will become forfeited if canceled after 24 hours from booking. The payment is to be paid by Credit Card, PayPal, or may be Wired directly. For discounted rate stays less than 7 nights a one time cleaning fee will be charged and itemized in your confirmation. Absolutely NO refunds will be given as all advance lodging sales are considered final. Snow conditions are never guaranteed. Advance reservations require risk. Solitudedirect reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time. If Solitudedirect does cancel a reservation, the entire balance will be refunded by Solitudedirect. Solitudedirect will not be responsible for any consequential damages but will make its best effort to always procure a similar unit. We highly recommend Travel Insurance from a specialized travel insurer such as Yonder who is highly recommended for your complete travel protection.

All rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Holiday periods requires a 5 night minimum stay. 1 nights stays are rarely available and are subject to additional fees if they are offered - please inquire at booking. Total tax is 13.6% on all lodging & rates and policies can change without notice. Monthly stays of 30 days or more are not taxed.

All Keycards and parking passes provided to guests must be left in room upon departure. Failure to return a Keycard or parking pass will result in a $50 charge per item and will immediately be posted to the guests credit card or other form of payment without exception.
Any damaged or missing items in the unit will be reported and photo documented by the housekeeping staff. Guest will be held responsible for property damages or missing inventory items or excessive cleaning charges and costs and or expenses will be posted to guest's credit card.
We always strive to offer our guests a superior hospitality experience and we appreciate a clear and mutual understanding and respect of our terms. In return, we offer you an impeccably and professionally cleaned and maintained unit for when you arrive.

Simple Rules:
Check-in Arrival begins at 4:00PM and check-out Departure ends at 10:00AM. Our professional housekeeping staff
requires ample time to provide an impeccable cleaning service before all arriving guests and cannot be rushed or shortcut any cleaning and maintenance needs.

A Maximum of 3 guests can be accommodated in either of our Studio or One Bedroom condominiums. Each accommodation offers an additional Queen size fold our sleeper sofa with a trampoline style base (no hard bars under the mattress) and a high quality memory foam mattress for the second or third guest.

Our guests must inform us prior to check-in of the number of occupants that will be staying in a unit if this deviates from the reservation information originally provided. This is both for the guests safety to share with first responders in any unexpected emergency and for our housekeeping teams expectations and preparations.


Quiet hours are at 10:00PM and most guests we have surveyed are asleep by 9:00PM after a long ski day which for most starts very early in the morning getting ready for enjoying the first tracks on the mountain.

If anything at check-in needs additional attention, please let us know as early and as soon as possible so we can have maintenance or housekeeping address it while they are available.


Seasonal Summer/Fall Rental Guests:
Seasonal rental rates are based on a 3 or 6 month commitment, at an extremely discounted monthly rate and must be paid in full in advance along with a security deposit. Under certain conditions Solitudedirect will allow a monthly draft of an authorized credit card on file to be charged automatically on a month to month basis for a seasonal rental. The upcoming next month rent will be drafted no less than 7 days prior to the end of the month. If payment fails to process, Solitudedirect reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at the end of the existing paid month and withhold the entire security deposit for damages unless an alternate agreement is reached between both parties 7 days prior to the end of the month. In this eventuality, the guests unit access keycards will be terminated and will expire at the end of the month and access to the unit will cease and the property will be rented to another guest.
All Keycards and parking passes provided to guests must be left in room upon departure. Failure to return a Keycard or parking pass will result in a $50 charge/keycard and failure to return a Keycard or parking pass will result in a charge immediately posted to the guests credit card without exception. Such costs and or expenses will be posted to guest's credit card.
At the end of the seasonal stay, any damaged or missing items in the unit will be reported and photo documented by the housekeeping staff. Guest will be held responsible for property damages or missing inventory items or excessive cleaning charges and costs and or expenses will be posted to guest's credit card. If no damages and the rental duration and terms have been fulfilled and honored per contract, the guest will receive a prompt refund within 48 hours.
A Solitudedirect rental agreement acceptance and credit card payment is binding and expressly authorizes Solitudedirect to apply monthly rental charges, damages, extraordinary guest expenses incurred by Solitudedirect and lost keycard charges per the above terms to the credit card a guest leaves on file with Solitudedirect. Refunds and chargebacks will not be honored nor accepted for any cancellations or charges for guest expenses or damages. Travel Insurance is advised for guests who have concerns or probabilities of cancellation or early termination of seasonal agreements.
Additional extended stays beyond the agreement terms will be considered by Solitudedirect if arranged 14 days prior to confirmation departure date.
Solitudedirect reserves the right to enter the unit for any maintenance requests, emergency, common area access needs, or to show the unit to a prospective guest. At least 24 hour advance notice will be given to renter. Renter must yield to this request or is in violation of the rental terms.
Total tax is 13.6% on all lodging & rates and policies can change without notice. Monthly and Seasonal stays are not taxed.
